CSI Miami Season 5 Episode 1 – Important Points
1) I’m guessing it doesn’t take that long to go between Rio and Miami, but I’d still have been happier if Delko had more than one polka dot shirt. To be fair though, Riaz had one really really bad shirt through the whole thing as well (see below for an image of him catching a bad one in it)
2) Horatio killed two major drug lords. One of them in a knife fight. He does, however, need to learn that Jesus doesn’t mind you killing a drug lord.
3) Wolfe’s pleasure in having Boa Vista screw up, sort of get someone killed, and embarrass the lab is mostly due to the fact that all last season that was his job.
4) Several slo-mo shots of Horatio walking from, say, a door to a table were included at no extra cost to the viewer.
5) Horatio’s stealth humvee came into play, as did his ability to teleport from outside a court to the top of a mountain.
6) As predicted, the writers ducked the pressure of a glasses one liner by just not doing one this episode. We’ll all be watching next week though.
7) Frank and Boa Vista are on the credits. This does not seem to have tied into Frank’s wardrobe budget however.
8) Thanks to the scenes when she’s mourning her corrupt but dead husband, we can confirm Yelina has some pretty impressive cleavage and no mistake. Unfortunately (and frankly, bizarrely) that doesn’t seem to be a scene the internets have screencapped.
This is actually a comment about your review of Space Marines. It is a fine piece of articling and one that caused me both to laugh, cry and revisit my otherwise solid opinions on B movies and space pirates.
Of course I am still a child abusing white supremacist but your review did not address these points.
Actually on that, did you see nazi girl band on C4 at 10.30 this evening (Thursday)? Truly scary stuff. I hope somebody takes those kids into care…
